There is so much intelligence in and energy produced by the breath
Through some years of Hatha/Kundalini yoga lessons with a very fascinating Dutch teacher I got so captivated by the whole knowledge of the science of yoga, and in particular the immense possibilities of my breath, that I started a Hatha Yoga Saraswati® teachers training in France for a period of three years. Three years of intense practice and study and still so much more to learn and to explore.
With a professional background in international communication and knowledge of different languages and cultural awareness, it is interesting to see how I can bring these qualities together with yoga.
Born in The Netherlands, as is my first son, married to a Scottish man, having lived in France, where my second son was born, and now living in Italy, it is beautiful to use the knowledge of different languages and experiences to transmit yoga.
Type of Yoga: Hatha Yoga
Who should attend?
Yoga is available to everyone, but I see the importance to bring it to people who are possibly unaware of it, to people who live in socially vulnerable situations, to people suffering mentally (as a consequence of the pandemic e.g.) and to (political) influencers.
What are the benefits?
Yoga provides tools for unfolding and awakening one’s potential already existing in every person’s being and transforming life into an expression of joy. It offers ways to (better) control the mind, to reduce suffering and to enter into the unknown.
When to attend my classes :
– Every WEDNESDAY from 7.15pm to 8.05pm in french
– Every SATURDAY from 6.30am to 7.20am in english
