  • All my faith is this ancient science.

    I met this ancient discipline in 2003 in my adopted land in the heart of Umbria. For 16 years  I have been remained immersed in a journey of self-exploration through the study of practices such as: Hatha; Asthanga; Vinyasa; Anukalana. Today, as an INTEGRAL INSTRUCTOR ANUKALANA INSPIRED E-RTY 250, I offer in my classes a journey strongly introspective merging in a single practice throughout my personal journey, between mind and body, alternating the rhythm to moments of silence, reflection, listening.
    And it is precisely in this process of integration between asanas and meditation that magic takes place.
    We will flow through a circular, fluid and harmonious moment in a continuous alternation of asanas and transitions following the rhythm of breath as in a dance. So please travel as much as you can, discover new points of view, and embrace nature. The more you connect with nature, the more you connect with yourself.
    I will be there to guide you … but remember … you are in control of your body and mind
