Vinyasa Yoga classes are Hatha yoga but with a more peculiar attention to fluid transitions between asanas (postures) and breath movements. This session will be pretty dynamic. It has no limits in what you can do : you go with the flow. The flow is a continuous movement connected to the previous one, but not fixed like in other styles. I create a practice each time based on what is needed. But like in life, you know where you start and you’re not sure how you end.
