Hatha Yoga with a touch of Kundalini. Are you ready to take a gentle deep dive into awakening your body to activate your breath and energy, while harmonizing and strengthening your inner self? During our Hatha Yoga lessons there will be a lot of focus on breathing techniques.
Together we will work on releasing tension in your body as well as reinforcing it in order to activate energy that your breath can produce. The lessons will stimulate a higher level of energy; you will use your breath to clean yourself from the inside and you will be challenged to start or deepen your inner quest for change.
This course helps strengthen the whole body without impact. It helps tone, build muscle and firm all muscles. A complete job in 30 minutes.
